Derrick A. Hudson Jr. aka Chef Pastry D is a culinary graduate from Remington College Dallas and a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Dallas patisserie and baking program. He is a native of New Orleans where the food is known all across the world. He started cooking at the age of 9 and has been doing so ever since. His travels while in the military enhanced his palate and helped introduce him to new foods. He thrives to learn new techniques and to continue to evolve the taste of food and pastries.
